Is it possible that Google has sold my private information?
A few days afterwards, I received a ton of emails from a variety of universities, offering me their services and saying that I requested the information trough Hobsons. Up until that point, I have never heard of it or given any private information of any kind.
It wouldn’t have mattered much if it was limited to emails, but, about a month ago, I received a handbook on undergraduate studies at ASU through mail, something I have never requested.
I was scared to realize they knew my full name, complete address and zip code without me even getting in contact with them.
Today, I received a book from New York Film Academy. Which reinforced my suspicions about Google. I, being a movie buff, have done a lot of research on movies using the website.
I feel that my privacy has been severely violated.
I have a gmail account.
Has this ever happened to any of you? Is it legal?

I have a PHP and mySQL problem?
Problem:
Each time a user refreshs the page with my feeds on the feeds appear differently and randomly. So that new feeds are shown every time. When one of these feeds is clicked is sends the user to a page on MY site which increments the number for that link therefore telling me how many times each link has been clicked. But after this i want the page to header the user to the link they wanted to go to in the first place like google do. How does the php code know what page the link they clicked on is to send them to after incrementing the number?
Example:
John clicks on one of my news rss feeds called “North korea nukes itself by accident”. After clicking this link they get sent to a page on my site called counter.php that adds one on everytime the page is visited. After adding 1 on the counter i want the user to be headered to the korea news arctlicle wherever this may be

Google search not working in Firefox, so frustrating?
“We’re sorry…
… but your query looks similar to automated requests from a computer virus or spyware application. To protect our users, we can’t process your request right now.”
And I have to enter a word in the capcha box or whatever to get to my search results. It is so annoying and this wasn’t happening a week ago! I used my virus scan programs and there are no viruses or spyware programs on my computer. I have cleared my cookies and that doesn’t help, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox and that doesnt help.
I am also getting this issue in Firefox when I try to log in to my boyfriend’s linkedin account it keeps re-directing to my account. Even when I’ve logged out of my account before logging in to my boyfriend’s. This actually seems to be happening to other websites too, like on Victoria’s Secret the other day I kept trying to change my promo code but it kept re-loading the same one when I hit “ok”, so maddening!! I havent had any of these problems in IE, only Firefox!
I thought Firefox was supposed to be better, *** is up?? PS I have Windows Vista Service Pack 1, if that makes a difference.

After laborious Google searches, still couldn’t find exactly what the “:” in “a:3″ struct declaration does. Anyone have an idea?

ok fyi i have had this problem b4 and i think there are code generators on the internet that will work with my game
oh yeah and if u caontact ea games they charge fifteen bucks for a new one so, if someone could google it find a key generator download it and tell me i will give them best answer. if no one does i will cry.
