What is the UPC code?

The instructions on my rebate are to “Enclose the following document(s): a copy of this pre-registration form, a copy of the receipt or invoice, and the original UPC code from the paper insert or product packaging taped to the rebate form”.
Im stuck on the UPC code. What is meant by ‘paper insert’ or ‘product packaging’.
Is the bar code meant? Theres are a several different bar codes on the package.. (On the package, on the product..).
Just what do I do to where it says “AFFIX UPC CODE HERE, TAPE ONLY!”

pic the largest barcode. it should be the UPC. just tape it. theyre not that picky about rebates they just wanna know you bought it
